How do I change my password?

Log in to the web portal.  Next to your username and avatar (top-right of the page), click the dropdown arrow.  Click on My Account.  There, you'll be able to enter your old password and a new one.


If you don't know your old password, go to the web portal and click Forgot Password on the login screen. You will receive an email asking you to reset your password. (If you never associated an email address with your account, please contact our support team.)
