Resetting Multiple Passwords at Once (Copia Back Office)

For back office customers only.

To set/reset passwords for a large number of accounts, you can re-upload your original Create Users CSV.

In the original CSV you used to create your accounts, retype the password(s) in the Password column (rightmost column).  As long as the other information in the CSV remains the same (first name, last name, username, email address, etc.), you can re-upload the CSV (Bulk Operations - Create/Edit Users) and only the passwords will change.
