School Admins have the ability to archive and un-archive courses through the Course Sessions/Classes page of the back office (the Admin Dashboard). Teachers can do the same through the portal.
Archiving a course will remove it from its members' respective My Courses pages, but will not delete the information contained within the course.
Admins
1. Locate the desired course session in the back office using the general search function.
2. Click Edit/View Details next to the course session name.

3. Click the Archive Course button at the bottom of the Details window (or Un-Archive Course, if it's already been archived).

To complete this task for multiple courses at once, go to the Course Sessions/Classes page in the back office, then select Archive Courses from the Bulk Operations dropdown menu.

Teachers
1. Log in to the web portal.
2. Visit your My Courses page.
3. Choose the desired course.
4. Click Course Management in the course menu.

5. Scroll down to the Archiving section and click Archive Course.
