If you are an admin (or instructor/admin) for a school-pay partnership with Copia, you may need to use the Copia back office for creating user accounts, creating course sessions, and distributing ebook licenses. (Please contact our support team if you are not sure whether or not you need to use our back office.)
If you are using AP materials for high school students, you will most likely access the back office at BFW.thecopia.com/back-office.
Others may need to access the back office at edu.thecopia.com/back-office.
ONBOARDING PROCESS SUMMARY
The back office onboarding process includes four main steps:
1. Creating accounts
2. Creating course sessions
3. Enrolling users in course sessions
4. Assigning book licenses to courses
Anyone with a school admin account can do this through the back office.
If you don't remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password link on the back office login page.
This Onboarding Guide will walk you through the process.
Please let us know if you have any trouble.
